CAMPAIGN MERCHANDISING - FOSSIL
Present the brands of the Fossil group – Fossil, Michael Kors, Diesel, Emporio Armani as guided though international visual merchandising guidelines by an international specialized company throughout the EMEA region in jewelry stores.
– As partner of the ESI Agency ( European Sales Influence), a team of 10 visual merchandisers were selected to roll out the visual guidelines standards in BeLux.
– The European guidelines were followed by the different agencies throughout Europe so the different brands of the Fossil group were installed in the same way in all the different countries.
– Installing the new launches, remerchandise the existing watches and jewelry on displays and vitrines were part of the tasks of the team.
