Case Sales Advisor Cartier

MISSION

– Establish a team of experienced beauty consultants to boost the sell-out in selected stores
– 1 dedicated ambassador per selected store +/- 3 days per week
– Increase the sell-out of Cartier products in the selected stores
– Increase customer loyalty

FIELD OPERATIONS

– Weekly presence of Brand Ambassadors in the selected perfumeries
– Daily reporting of sell-out from abassador to Sarawak (APP) – Analysis by Sarawak Project Manager
– Weekly reporting of sell-out and analyses to client
– Monthly debriefing with sales results and store feedback
– Incentive for the Brand Ambassadors who achieve their monthly targets
– Yearly product and sales trainings
