Our client , specialized on the IT B2B market, is looking for a Cisco Solutions Account Manager who will be an important contact for their Cisco resellers and their partner in networking products.
As an Account Manager on Cisco Solutions , you have a reasonable technical understanding of everything related to networking and you are able to present the added value of Cisco in a convincing way to their resellers. Because of your experience in the field:
- you know how to bind customers in the long term and discover the challenges that our resellers and their end users face.
- You work with your more technical colleagues to advise your client on complex quotations and designs; the reseller.
- You are an important pioneer within the Cisco team and you are an active part of our client Advanced Solutions Value strategy.
The wanted identity will be :
- You are a true Field Sales expert: you are the point of contact for your reseller channel regarding all questions regarding network issues and Cisco products.
- You take responsibility for the revenue and margin on your assigned reseller portfolio and you visit it frequently
- You are willing to orientate yourself broadly on all solutions & services from both Cisco and our client.
- You obtain the necessary certifications (as Sales) and you stay up to date with the necessary knowledge You focus – as a Field Sales Specialist – on independently expanding our customer base through new business, up sell and cross sell.
- You think about the right (technical) designs based on your experiences in the field
- You organize product training courses or workshops on Cisco solutions or services
- You focus on achieving the vendor budget (Cisco) and your targets, together with your colleagues
- You will connect with existing customers, build and maintain relationships, together with Pre-Sales and the other client account managers
Is that you?
- You have several years of experience in pro-actively selling IT products
- Broad knowledge of networking products or specific Cisco knowledge is a plus!
- You master the Dutch, French and English language in speech and writing
- You have a commercial attitude with a focus on results
- You are an initiator and take charge of your projects
- You have the soft skills to provide training and to explain product-specific issues in an easy way
- You get energy from sharing your knowledge and supporting both the internal team and your external partners
- You are a flexible team player
- You monitor your personal follow-up and you are loyal to your customers
